Return Policy
Return & Exchange Policy for CWSTYLEZ
Effective Date: April 21, 2025
Thank you for shopping with CWSTYLEZ. We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help!
- Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
You must have proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email).
- Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on the following:
Sale or clearance items (all sales are final)
Gift cards
Worn, washed, or damaged items
Custom or personalized items
- Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, please contact us to initiate an exchange.
Exchanges are subject to item availability.
We recommend returning the original item and placing a new order to ensure the quickest service.
- Return Process
To start a return:
Email us at support@cwstylez.store with your order number and reason for return.
We will reply with instructions and a return address.
Ship the item back using a trackable method. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a mistake on our part.
- Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please email us within 3 days of delivery at support@cwstylez.store with a photo of the issue. We’ll make it right ASAP.
- In-Store Purchases (if applicable)
Returns for in-store purchases must be made in person within 14 days and must follow the same item condition guidelines as above.
